Social connections, support activities & wellbeing spaces for all.

Wellbeing, Inclusion & Belonging brings people together through welcoming social spaces, supportive activities and gentle wellbeing sessions for all ages. From community meet-ups and wellbeing circles to yoga, mindfulness and creative sessions, we offer simple ways to feel connected, supported and at home in Northstowe. This work also supports SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, helping Northstowe grow as a place where people can build relationships, access support, and feel a strong sense of belonging.

Yoga and gentle movement

Yoga by the Lake, stretching, breath-led sessions for everyday wellbeing.

Mindfulness and calm spaces

Simple practices for focus, stress relief and emotional balance (all welcome).

Women’s wellbeing and support

Ladies Wellbeing Circle and safe, supportive spaces for connection.

Youth wellbeing and confidence

Weekly youth wellbeing sessions, belonging and positive peer support.

Community meet-ups and belonging

Tea with neighbours, social connection, welcoming spaces for new residents.

Music, creativity and joy

Kirtan jamming, creative sessions, arts-based wellbeing and shared celebration.
